How quickly do you process and ship your orders?
We process orders in the same day, sometimes 1-2 days depending on volume. You get 20% refunded if your order was not shipped on the same day
How can I track my order status?
Once you successfully place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details you need + a direct link to your order tracking and status page
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In most cases 1-2 business days, 3-5 when we experience higher volumes
If I need to change size/color can I exchange?
Yes of course, we will send you a free return label and discounted shipping email to order the correct item, once we receive the returned item and approve it, a refund will be issued and the correct one should be at your door-step! to begin an exchange process email us here: email@example.com
If I need to return an item, can I?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items from an outlet/clearance sale are non-returnable unless faulty
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
